All products are shipped in secure and sturdy packaging designed to fit your product. To ensure your items reach you in pristine condition, our providers use cardboard packaging that protects your journal during shipping.

Care Instructions

Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the centre of the journal outwards.

Technology & Ink

The casewrap binding provides a flexible spine that allows the journal to lie flat on any surface when opened. 

The latest printing techniques provide bright and crisp colours. Our production partners use HP Designjet Printers driven by an Onyx RIP of up to 12 colours. HP Latex and Roland SOLJET machines are also used to support specialist media and finishes. As a Fine Art Trade Guild approved printer, the prints undergo annual testing by a UKAS-approved laboratory. UV pigment-based inks are used.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour for any reason, no questions asked. The only exception to this is digital downloads*

As our products are made-to-order we can only process a refund if there's a problem with your print, or it has arrived damaged. This also means that returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. Having said that, please get in touch with us via Chat to see if there's anything else we can offer to help. 

If your order has arrived damaged or you've received the wrong order in error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (via Chat or email jarriveartcompany@gmail.com) so we can deal with this for you!

We can process these refunds within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Please make sure to take photos of the error/damage on the product, as well as the packaging it arrived in, so we can provide these to our production partners. The photos should include both the damage and the design within view, so that the refund can be approved.
