The print retains its quality and luster when used in both microwaves and the dishwasher. To ensure the longest life for your design, you can also handwash with dish soap.

Product safety tests conducted by independent third party laboratories. Our mugs comply with EU regulatory requirements on dangerous substances (lead and cadmium) leachable from ceramic drinkware, and with regulatory requirements on flammability.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour for any reason, no questions asked. The only exception to this is digital downloads*

As our products are made-to-order we can only process a refund if there's a problem with your print, or it has arrived damaged. This also means that returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. Having said that, please get in touch with us via Chat to see if there's anything else we can offer to help. 

If your order has arrived damaged or you've received the wrong order in error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (via Chat or email jarriveartcompany@gmail.com) so we can deal with this for you!

We can process these refunds within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Please make sure to take photos of the error/damage on the product, as well as the packaging it arrived in, so we can provide these to our production partners. The photos should include both the damage and the design within view, so that the refund can be approved.

*Due to their nature, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase.
