All products are shipped in secure and sturdy packaging designed to fit your product. To ensure your items reach you in pristine condition, our providers use corrugated cardboard boxes enhanced with protective bubble wrap, or bubble mailers, for higher impact protection.

Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the centre of book outwards.

Quality control

Harrier has an internal Quality Control Department that makes daily checks to not only the finished products but also audits the production processes, which identifies any issues earlier in the production process. Feedback from customers is collected on a weekly basis and monitored.

Our production partner Harrier has the UK's most impressive digital printing, finishing & fulfilment production facilities, with the largest UK single-site installation of HP Indigo digital presses.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour for any reason, no questions asked. The only exception to this is digital downloads*

As our products are made-to-order we can only process a refund if there's a problem with your print, or it has arrived damaged. This also means that returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. Having said that, please get in touch with us via Chat to see if there's anything else we can offer to help. 

If your order has arrived damaged or you've received the wrong order in error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (via Chat or email jarriveartcompany@gmail.com) so we can deal with this for you!

We can process these refunds within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Please make sure to take photos of the error/damage on the product, as well as the packaging it arrived in, so we can provide these to our production partners. The photos should include both the damage and the design within view, so that the refund can be approved.

*Due to their nature, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase.
