Each bag is water-resistant, recyclable, and 100% biodegradable; for purchases that feel good and do better for the environment.

Care Instructions

Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfiber cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).

Although our tough cases are UV protected, with excellent resistance to outdoor weathering and long-term optical quality, keep away from prolonged, direct sunlight to prevent yellowing over time. Avoid direct contact with hand creams and sun creams. Keep out of excessive heat. Keep away from liquids containing high alcohol levels, as the case design may rub off.

Quality Control

Each phone case goes through a rigorous, multi-checkpoint Quality Control process. This ensures that all products are shipped in mint condition.

Technology & Inks

The main printer used is the IDT Systems - D10 Series machine. Thanks to its advanced technology, our provider is able to deliver pristine printing results and vivid colours. 

You can cancel your order within 1 hour for any reason, no questions asked. The only exception to this is digital downloads*

As our products are made-to-order we can only process a refund if there's a problem with your print, or it has arrived damaged. This also means that returns and exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you've ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. Having said that, please get in touch with us via Chat to see if there's anything else we can offer to help. 

If your order has arrived damaged or you've received the wrong order in error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (via Chat or email jarriveartcompany@gmail.com) so we can deal with this for you!

We can process these refunds within 14 days of your purchase date. 

Please make sure to take photos of the error/damage on the product, as well as the packaging it arrived in, so we can provide these to our production partners. The photos should include both the damage and the design within view, so that the refund can be approved.

*Due to their nature, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase.
