Prints are checked by hand at the WhiteWall Photo Lab, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging. They then pass your print directly to art shipping professionals.

Changed your mind?
- You can cancel your order within 1 hour for a full refund, no questions asked. Because these items are made to order, we can't offer a refund after this time unless you've had a problem with your print.
What happens if your order arrives damaged/incorrect?
- Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit.
- WhiteWall recommend accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
- Please take photos of the damage (or the design if incorrect) and then contact us as soon as possible via Chat with the pictures of the damage/error. We can process a refund for your within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to WhiteWall before we can start to arrange the replacement.
